1. Commission

Drip'd charges a 20% platform commission on every order. You keep 80% of every sale. Commission is deducted before your weekly payout.

2. Payouts

Earnings are paid every Monday via UPI or bank transfer. Minimum payout amount is ₹100. You can request a payout anytime from the Money tab.

3. Order Fulfillment

You must pack orders within 15 minutes of receiving them. Repeated delays may result in account suspension. Ensure products are packed safely.

4. Product Listings

All products must have clear photos and accurate prices. Drip'd reserves the right to remove listings that violate quality standards.

5. Returns

Delivery partners handle returns at the customer's door. Items returned in the same condition are your responsibility to restock.

6. Account

Drip'd can suspend or terminate store accounts that violate these terms. Contact getdripd1@gmail.com for any disputes.

Data We Collect

We collect your store name, owner name, phone number, bank/UPI details and product listings for operational purposes.

How We Use It

Your data is used to process orders, calculate commissions, send payouts and display your store to customers. We never sell your data.

Bank and UPI details are stored securely and only used for payouts. We use industry-standard encryption.

Your Rights
